MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Alley maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner and extends to the centerline of the alley.
2. Sidewalk maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner.


STREETS and PARKING
1. There is no reserved public parking in Ennis other than Handicapped parking. Public parking is first come and first served.
2. Parallel parking must be in the same direction as traffic. Crossing the street against the direction of traffic to park is illegal.
3. Storefront downtown parking should be reserved for customers and clients.
4. You are not allowed to park closer than
    - 30ft to an intersection.
    - 15ft to a fire hydrant.
    - 50ft from a railway crossing

RESIDENTIAL PARKING
1. On-Street Parking is only allowed in certain locations. Click here for map.
2. Parking is only allowed on concrete and asphalt surfaces.  
3. You can not gravel a section of yard and park vehicles or equipment.
