Vendor Registration

The City of Ennis is seeking to build a comprehensive database of vendors interested in providing goods and services to the City. By registering, your company will be included in our vendor database, which is referenced when seeking qualified vendors for future procurement opportunities.

Please note that registration does not guarantee the award of business. It ensures your company will be considered for bid notifications, proposal requests, and other procurement-related communications as opportunities arise.

To register, submit your company’s information, including a completed W-9 form, contact details, and applicable certifications (HUB, MWBE, etc.). We encourage vendors of all sizes and specialties, particularly local and historically underutilized businesses, to register.
