Any firm, business, individual or organization obtaining a permit related to the building, mechanical, plumbing or electrical provisions of the City of Ennis' Codes is NO longer required to register with the City's Planning, Development and Inspections .  

The registration of anyone conducting contracting work in Ennis occurs the moment a building permit application with the Department is approved and issued by staff.
